Associate/AVP Loan Workout  bilingual Chinese
Base salary $42k-150k depending on skills and experience
Located onsite in Manhattan with a foreign bank

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics required, Master's degree in Finance/Real Estate and MBA preferred

  • At the Associate level, minimum 3-5 years of Problem Loan Restructuring/Administration work experience required. At the AVP level, minimum 4-5 years of Problem Loan Restructuring/Administration work experience required.
  • CFA/FRM certifications preferred
  • Demonstrate solid experience in credit risk management/due diligence with written credit risk synopsis or loan portfolio reporting
  • Demonstrate knowledge in credit risk management/due diligence within financial sectors
  • Bilingual ability in English and Chinese required
  • Responsibilities:Evaluate and analyze financial trends on assigned risk rating of each borrower with in-depth analysis
  • Analyze all aspects related to the credit report requests, including but not limited to restructured strategy or other exit strategy, historical and projected financial performance, management, industry, market condition, and third party reports in timely fashion
  • Conduct annual and/or quarterly reviews and periodic NPL loan reporting as required by the Bank’s Policy
  • Relevant credit/accounting and legal documentation and industry knowledge
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirement
