SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (Remote) – NEW JERSEY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION – WORK REMOTELY
One of New Jersey's most prominent and fast growing financial institutions with nearly $500 Million assets and branches throughout the area seeks an experienced accountant responsible for accounting and financial analysis functions reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance. Will have strong exposure to Senior Management.
Working with other Senior Accountant, will share the full range of accounting responsibilities including all financial reporting both external and internal reporting, monthly and yearly closings, general ledger and journal entries, budget and reporting against budget, treasury reporting and financial analysis, ALCO management information and all related accounting activities and operations. Will be called upon for special management reports and projects to improve and enhance policies and procedures. Supervises Junior Accountant.
Candidates should possess a minimum of five years comprehensive accounting experience. Auditing, risk management and financial institution experience is preferred.
