Delivery Specialist 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent and user-friendly customer experience while communicating via phone, email and other modes of communication
  • Communicate with customers to craft re-bundled solutions when necessary
  • Follow up with open cases to efficiently close and complete policies
  • Close in-process sales opportunities through effective lead follow up and value-add customer interactions
  • Effectively document and provide accurate details to the insurance carriers and internal team members
  • Master the workflows and software tools relevant to complete applications

Requirements:

  • Active Life, Accident & Health Insurance Agent or Broker license
  • Minimum 1 year of successful life insurance sales
  • Excellent product knowledge surrounding individual life insurance policies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and driven
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong ethical conviction
  • Team player: willing to assist in cross functional projects and excited about being part of a growing startup
