Risk Analyst/Loan Workout Officer Consultant Temp bilingual Chinese (Hybrid)
Located in Manhattan
Work on-site at least 3 days per week. Must be able to work fully on-site when required.
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
Must possess a Master Degree in Project Management, Management Information System, Business Administration, or Finance;
Certifications in Risk and Compliance, IT; Information System Security, Fraud Prevention, and/or BSA/AML are plus;
Knowledge of COSO, ERM, GRC, NIST, Basel II & III, GLBA and other risk; governance standards.
EXPERIENCE:
1 year of relevant working experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluent in English and Chinese;
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages;
Please ensure consultant has a Windows 10 installed laptop for VPN connection and Remote Desktop.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acting account officer for four non-performing loan accounts
Prepare action plan for each non-performing account owned
Collect and analyze financial reports of each non-performing loan account owned
To assist supervisor or department head to prepare reports requested by Head Office
Conduct researches on business environment and markets, including major indicators
Support Operational Risk Monitoring Report
Prepare Country Risk Report of the United States
