Len Adams, CPC

Len Adams is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Adams Consulting Group/ACG Resources. He has a 35-year record of achievement in meeting the staffing and consulting needs of many prestigious corporations, software companies, banks and financial services institutions – locally, nationally and internationally. Along with the entire team, Len is committed to keeping ACG the best among staff recruitment agencies in the region.

As a career Certified Personnel Consultant, previously with The KPA Group/Kling Personnel, Len is an accomplished lecturer at the university and secondary school levels on various subjects relating to career planning, business ethics, recruiting and personnel consulting. Various publications (NY Times, American Banker, Bank Letter, Crain’s NY Business and National Business Employment Weekly) often quote Len as a noted authority on compensation levels in the financial services industry.

Len is also a managing partner of The A.R.D. Group, an insurance recruiting and consulting firm and the co-founder and managing partner of Compliance Professional Resources, LLC, a professional services firm providing compliance consulting services to the financial services and insurance industries.

Franca Diona

Franca Diona has over six years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting world renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. Being a part of Adams Consulting Group has allowed Franca to broaden her craft by setting goals and striving to achieve them. She remains energetic and enthusiastic about getting the job done at ACG.

Heather Eidlen

Heather Eidlen has more than six years of recruitment and temporary staffing experience. She is a graduate of Wagner College with a major in finance. Heather started her career in human resources with a major insurance company and was responsible for employee relations. While in college, Heather worked at The KPA Group as a staffing associate in the temporary staffing department, with responsibility for handling temporary payroll and billing activities. She is now responsible for providing temporary staffing and permanent recruiting services to our expanding client base.

Matthew Eidlen

Matthew Eidlen has one and a half years of recruitment and temporary staffing experience. He is a graduate of The College of Staten Island / City University of New York with a major in economics and marketing. He provides temporary staffing and permanent recruiting services to our expanding client base. Matt is tenacious and won’t stop until the job is done.

Dan McNichol

Dan McNichol comes to Adams Consulting Group with more than 20 years in the banking and software industries and 10 years in the recruiting industry which included a previous association with Len Adams at KPA Group.

As a banker Dan started his career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co as a management trainee in the International Funds Transfer Division and eventually moved on to two regional banks where he ran various international operations groups including Letter of Credit, Collections, FX and Funds Transfer.

During his tenure with National Community Bank (n/k/a Bank of New York), Dan was part of team that assisted in the trade services group migration from a manual to an automated environment. The opportunity to expand his technical skill sets provided an eventual opportunity to move to the vendor side of trade services.

As a recruiter, Dan has been involved with searches on behalf of financial organizations from the small retail neighborhood bank to prime foreign and U.S. banks seeking mid- to senior-level managers in disciplines involving compliance, international, retail, credit, lending and operations.

Ira Sandler

Ira Sandler has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a banker, he ran banking operations for Bank of Boston International in New York, NY. His responsibilities included funds transfer, investigations, private banking, accounting, control, and technology. Transferring to the parent organization, he established and managed an internal systems and operations consulting group for their international division. His team designed and built a standard core technology product and implemented it world-wide.

Ira also worked for 20 years with Earnings Performance Group, a premier consulting firm to financial institutions, where he managed the delivery of performance improvement engagements for many of the leading banks in the world, driving hundreds of millions of dollars in benefits to their bottom lines. These engagements focused on revenue enhancement, process improvement, and/or service quality enrichment embracing all areas of wholesale and consumer banking.

Ira attended Long Island University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is a Certified Systems Professional, a member of the Association for Systems Management, represented his organization with BAFT, IFSA, and the International Systems Working Group, served as BAFT Technology Committee co-chair for 2 years, and founded and chaired the NCR Caribbean Users Group. He has also served as speaker or panel moderator at several professional and trade conferences.

Jim Hinckley

Jim Hinckley joins Adams Consulting Group with thirty years in the search and recruitment business, most recently as President and CEO of Hinckley Associates, which he established in 1994, later acquiring Allen Staffing Services.  He entered the business in 1981 with The Fisher Organization as Director of the Banking and Finance Group.

Prior to entering the recruitment field, he served in senior management positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust and Fidelity Union Bancorporation.

Jim brings years of search and recruitment experience, primarily in banking and financial services, with a long and successful career in middle to senior management recruiting for a wide variety of financial institutions from local community banks to the top global financial firms including investment banks, trust and investment firms.  Additionally, his specialty includes financial, administration and marketing positions in non-financial firms.

He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a major in accounting, and minors in finance and economics, and attended graduate school at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a major in marketing.

Jim is active in professional, charitable and civic organizations, has served in government offices both elective and appointive, and serves as an officer and board members in several organizations.
