Q: What type of firms, locations and positions do you represent?
A: We actively recruit for finance jobs in the financial services industry and other diversified companies in addition to assisting start-up businesses. Our client base consists of foreign/international, commercial, community and regional banks, accounting firms, luxury goods, wealth management advisers, asset-based lenders, software companies, consulting organizations, legal firms, as well as other diversified companies from around the U.S. and overseas. We fill positions at all levels, from chief executive officer to administrative support positions—in addition to providing interim management, consulting and temporary staff.

Q: What is your fee structure?
A: Our fee structure is competitive. We offer several arrangements – contingency, retainer and exclusive contingency. Our temporary and consulting services are based on hourly or project-based rates. All fees and temporary/consulting rates will be agreed upon prior to engagement of our services.

Q: How confidentially will my requirement be treated?

As such, when representing a client requirement, our client’s name is never identified until the client expresses an interest in a specific candidate. We never refer a resume to a client unless we have had a detailed discussion with that candidate. That is a promise.
