A: We actively recruit for the financial services industry and other diversified companies in addition to assisting start-up businesses. Our client base consists of foreign/international, commercial, community and regional banks, accounting firms, luxury goods, wealth management advisers, asset-based lenders, software companies, consulting organizations, legal firms, as well as other diversified companies from around the U.S. and overseas. We fill positions at all levels, from chief executive officer to administrative support positions—in addition to providing interim management, consulting and temporary staff.

A: Our fee structure is competitive. We offer several arrangements – contingency, retainer and exclusive contingency. Our temporary and consulting services are based on hourly or project-based rates. All fees and temporary/consulting rates will be agreed upon prior to engagement of our services.
