With over 30 years of experience at the time, Adams created what would become a two-generation family-operated firm. The ACG staff has a combined total of over 100 years of experience in search, recruiting and temporary staffing. Len Adams is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Adams Consulting Group/ACG Resources. He has a 40-year record of achievement in meeting the Talent Acquisition (Executive Search, Staffing and Consulting) needs of many prestigious corporations, software companies, banks, and financial services institutions – locally, nationally and internationally. Along with the entire team, Len is committed to ensuring that ACG consistently provides clients and candidates with the highest quality of service possible in the Search and Staffing Industry. As a career Certified Personnel Consultant, previously with The KPA Group/Kling Personnel, Adams is an accomplished lecturer at the university and secondary school levels on various subjects relating to career planning, business ethics, recruiting and personnel consulting. Various publications including The New York Times, American Banker, and the National Business Employment Weekly, often quote Adams as a noted authority on compensation levels in the financial services industry.
Franca Diona has over 12 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. Being a part of Adams Consulting Group has allowed Franca to broaden her craft by setting goals and striving to achieve them. She remains energetic and enthusiastic about getting the job done at ACG.

Heather Eidlen has more than 11 years of recruitment and temporary staffing experience. She is a graduate of Wagner College with a Major in Finance. Heather began her career in human resources with a major insurance company, and was responsible for employee relations. While in college, Heather worked at The KPA Group as a staffing associate in the temporary staffing department, with the responsibility for handling temporary payroll and billing activities. She is now responsible for providing temporary staffing and permanent recruiting services to our expanding client base.

Matthew Eidlen has more than eight years of recruitment and temporary staffing experience. He is a graduate of The College of Staten Island/City University of New York with a major in Economics and Marketing. He has developed an expertise in recruiting talent in the areas of compliance, mortgage services, litigation support, and all areas of operations and risk. He provides both temporary and direct hire recruitment services. He provides temporary staffing and permanent recruiting services to our expanding client base.

Dan McNichol comes to Adams Consulting Group with more than 20 years in the banking and software industries. Dan also has over 15 years in the recruiting industry, in which includes a previous association with Len Adams at KPA Group. As a banker Dan started his career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. as a management trainee in the International Funds Transfer Division. He eventually moved on to two regional banks where he ran various international operations groups including Letter of Credit, Collections, FX and Funds Transfer. During his tenure with National Community Bank (n/k/a Bank of New York), Dan was part of team that assisted in the trade services group migration from a manual to an automated environment. The opportunity to expand his technical skills provided an ensuing opportunity to move to the vendor side of trade services. As a recruiter, Dan has been involved with searches on behalf of financial organizations from small retail neighborhood banks to prime foreign and U.S. banks seeking mid- to senior-level managers in disciplines involving compliance, international, retail, credit, lending and operations.

Gregory Eidlen is our Manager of Operations. He is responsible for all operational issues related to temporary staffing, databases, customer service, contracts, and social media. Holding a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Touro University Worldwide, Gregory heads our consulting division offering first-hand experience coaching and monitoring business employees. In addition, Gregory also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The College of Staten Island/City University of New York. Gregory is recognized as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing-Specialist (CTS) by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). The American Staffing Association (ASA) recognizes Gregory as a Technical Services Certified (TSC) as well as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). Gregory has over four years of customer service and managerial skills with a major retail chain.

Jim Hinckley joins Adams Consulting Group with 30 years in the search and recruitment business, most recently as President and CEO of Hinckley Associates, which he established in 1994, later acquiring Allen Staffing Services. He entered the business in 1981 with The Fisher Organization as Director of the Banking and Finance Group. Prior to entering the recruitment field, he served in senior management positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust and Fidelity Union Bancorporation. Jim brings years of search and recruitment experience, primarily in banking and financial services with a long and successful career in middle to senior management recruiting for a wide variety of financial institutions spanning from local community banks to the top global financial firms. Additionally, his specialty includes financial, administration and marketing positions in non-financial firms. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a major in accounting, and minors in finance and economics, and attended graduate school at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a major in marketing. Jim is also active in professional, charitable and civic organizations, and has served in government offices both elective and appointive, and serves as an officer and board member in several organizations.
Gary brings his extensive knowledge of social media and journalistic principles to our operations/marketing division. Currently, Gary helps assist all business-related operations including candidate recruiting, database housekeeping, and marketing strategies. In addition, Gary is also responsible for managing web content, while assisting all back-office operations. Gary holds a B.A in Multimedia/Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University.

A communications and marketing specialist, Sean will be working with the business development sector of ACG. Having a background in real estate, Sean has a proven ability of connecting people together, effectively building strong interpersonal relationships. Sean is passionate about working with clients of different industries, and creating effective solutions together. In addition, Sean will be assisting in all recruiting procedures, as well as collaborating in all marketing and research projects. He holds a B.A. in Communications from St. Johns University.
